Ashley Rosales, RDN
Ashley Rosales is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the Program Manager of Community Health at the Dairy Council of California. She oversees programs that improve community health through incorporation of nutrition education and develops and maintains partnerships with health and education organizations. Ashley specializes in nutrition education, trends in community health, school wellness strategies and nutrition communications. As a media spokesperson for the organization, she has conducted numerous radio and TV interviews and is active in social media. Ashley is highly involved in the CA Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and currently holds a position on the public policy council. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from UC Davis and completed her accredited Dietetic Internship program at Napa State Hospital. Before coming to Dairy Council of CA, Ashley held positions in both clinical and community nutrition. She resides in Sacramento with her husband and two young children.
