Category Overview Page

This section explains how to create a new Category Page and how to update an existing one.

How to Create a Category Overview Page

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Find the position on the tree and select the parent node
  5. Click on + icon
  6. Find the click on Category Overview Page 
  7. Fill out at least the required fields
  8. Click on Save button
  9. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

Hero Section

How to Update Hero Images

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and select a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Click on Content tab or make sure it is selected 
  7. Scroll down to Hero section
  8. Click on Select button on the Hero Background Image 1 or Background Image 2
  9. Update the image (upload a new one or find it on the Media Library)
  10. Click on Select button to confirm the image 
  11. Click on Save button
  12. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

How to Update Headline and Description

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and select a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Click on Content tab or make sure it is selected 
  7. Scroll down to Hero section
    1. Update the title in the Headline field
    2. Update the description in the Description field
  8. Click on Save button
  9. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

Hero Links

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and expand a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Find and expand Page Content Folder
  7. If the "Hero Links" folder is already created, click on it. If not:
    1. Click on the Page Content Folder
    2. Click on the + icon
    3. Select and name the Category Hero Link Folder
  8. Click on + icon 
  9. Select the Link Item page type
  10. Fill out at least the required fields
  11. Click on Save button
  12. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

Big Ideas Section

How to Create Big Ideas Cards

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and expand a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Find and expand Page Content Folder
  7. If the "Big Ideas" folder is already created, click on it. If not:
    1. Click on the Page Content Folder
    2. Click on the + icon
    3. Select and name the Gallery Folder (Big Ideas Folder)
  8. Click on + icon 
  9. Select the Big Ideas Card page type
  10. Fill out at least the required fields
  11. Click on Save button
  12. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

How to Update Big Ideas Cards

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and expand a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Find and expand Page Content Folder
  7. Find and expand Big Ideas 
  8. Select the Big Ideas Card you want to update
  9. Click on Content tab or make sure it is selected 
  10. Update copy
  11. Click Save button
  12. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

How to Create FAQs

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and expand a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Find and expand Page Content Folder
  7. If the "FAQs" folder is already created, click on it. If not:
    1. Click on the Page Content Folder
    2. Click on the + icon
    3. Select and name the FAQ Folder
  8. Click on + icon 
  9. Select the Link Item page type
  10. Fill out at least the required fields
  11. Click on Save button
  12. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

How to Create Videos

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and expand a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Find and expand Page Content Folder
  7. If the "Videos" folder is already created, click on it. If not:
    1. Click on the Page Content Folder
    2. Click on the + icon
    3. Select and name the Category Video Folder
  8. Click on + icon 
  9. Select the Link Item page type
  10. Fill out at least the required fields
  11. Click on Save button
  12. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

How to Update Videos

  11. Click on Select button to confirm
  12. Click on Save button

How to Hide Videos Section

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and select a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Click on Content tab or make sure it is selected 
  7. Scroll down to Video section
  8. Go to Hide Section checkbox and select it
  9. Click on Save button
  10. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

How to Add Filter Categories

How to Add Filter Categories

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and select a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Click on Content tab or make sure it is selected 
  7. Scroll down to Related Content section
  8. Go to Filter Categories
  9. Click on Add items button
  10. Select the preferred category(ies) to be added
  11. Click on Select button to confirm the category
  12. Click on Save button
  13. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

How to Remove Filter Categories

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and select a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Click on Content tab or make sure it is selected 
  7. Scroll down to Related Content section
  8. Go to Filter Categories
  9. Click and select the preferred category(ies) to be removed
  10. Click on Remove selected button
  11. Click on Save button
  12. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and select a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Click on Content tab or make sure it is selected 
  7. Scroll down to Related Content section
  8. Go to Related Content (Override) field
  9. Click on Select button
  10. Select the page you want to add 
  11. Click on Select to confirm
  12. Click on Add button
  13. Click on Save button
  14. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and select a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Click on Content tab or make sure it is selected 
  7. Scroll down to Related Content section
  8. Go to Related Content (Override) field
  9. Go to the page you want to delete
  10. Click on Delete button
  11. Click on Save button
  12. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

How to Exclude Spanish Articles

  1. Click on Applications icon
  2. Click on Content Management
  3. Click on Pages
  4. Click on Edit button or make sure it is selected
  5. Find and select a specific Category Overview page from the tree
  6. Click on Content tab or make sure it is selected 
  7. Scroll down to Related Content section
  8. Go to Exclude Spanish articles checkbox and select it
  9. Click on Save button
  10. Depending on your role, either submit it for approval or publish

NOTE:

  • Select this option if there are two versions (English-Spanish) of a page.
  • If you select the option, the English version will be visible and the Spanish version will be hidden on the Category Overview page.
  • Be sure that the "Spanish Version" checkbox in the Content Detail page is selected.

By selecting the "Use Legacy Category Overview" checkbox, the old Category Overview design and page builder will be enabled.
