Directions:
For Ground Beef
- Brown both sides of ground beef in a pan. Drain fat if needed. Break up ground beef with a wooden spoon and season with chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, Kosher salt and black pepper. Cook until no longer pink. Set aside to cool.
For Refried Beans
- In a bowl mix together refried beans, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, Kosher salt and black pepper.
For Dip
- Combine the sour cream and cream cheese in a separate bowl.
- Add a heaping spoonful of ground beef or beans to the bottom of your individual cups.
- Add a spoonful of the sour cream mixture on top of the ground beef/beans, followed by a heaping spoonful of guacamole, then salsa.
- Add a layer of cheese and top with a layer of tomatoes and black olives. Garnish with cilantro and green onions.
Tips:
- Recipe can also be made in a 9x13-inch dish
- If you love ground beef and refried beans, combine the two together to make the first layer
- Mix some fresh lime juice with your guacamole to help prevent it from browning
