Ingredients:

1 cup vanilla greek yogurt

1/4 cup frozen passion fruit puree cubes, diced

1/4 cup mango, diced

1 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers, minced or ground

1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes

Lime zest, from one lime

Honey, optional drizzle

A piece of frozen fruit and yogurt bark, with an entire tray of the bark behind it.

Directions:

Spread Greek yogurt on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper to create an even layer.
Sprinkle passion fruit, mango, hibiscus flowers, coconut flakes and lime zest over yogurt.
Transfer sheet tray to a freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight, until yogurt is frozen solid.
To serve, remove yogurt bark from freezer and break into pieces. If desired, top each piece with a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
